if you care to dig into the QR u will realize that the massive cost of good sales was due to government reviewing some infrastructure project which results in high idling costs

There are 3 differences between Talam and Mkland

1. Boss of Talam is willing to unlock all value if price is right.. MkLand waits to develop its landbanks

2. Ecrl will benefit Talam far more than MkLand because Talam real estates are located perfectly within the Ecrl alignment

3. Talam landbanks are mostly commercial and industrial while Mkland is residential
