I think price was down for the pass few weeks was amid to bad market sentiment plus private placement plus unsure government.

Above60percent as you are right by observing 45sen could be the bottom and hopefully the 2nd wave can be well controlled else the price you mentioned is no longer bottom. This is just my views. Hehe
