They are paying entitled shareholders with 1.80 and will not have TMakmur shares after implementing the SCR. TMakmur to be delisted.

The deal was done behind closed door n now is just paper works , minority is far too low 2b significant to influence price , I think !!! Unless u r happy to wait for 4-6 mths to get yr 1.80 , otherwise jump at 1.75 in coming weeks ????
