MIE is HK company . they holding 40 % of Omir oil, selling to buyer Tsang at 55 m usd.
Reach holding 60 % of Omir oil.

can get Tsang to buy the 60% shares from Reach at 400M ?
Reach can get back the 400m and pay dividen to us
