Not a bad news per se but this will affect investor mood on the company as the PN17 issues is the main concern. Maybe it will goes sideline or deep correction until the company has clearly show us some solid regularisation plan. We expect upliftment not extension.

I dont think they simply ignore the PN17 Reg Plan. They might have the best plans not only on Reg Plan but also to structure the best strategies to maximise the best returns to its investors.

1st reg plan have been taken down and that's really impact the company credibility in finding the solutions. The 'so called' white knight make the company looks bad now after his trying to take over the company is not successful. 5 MONTH LEFT and if the 2nd reg plan is not solid enough, will there be another extension or delisted? Let see now. No signal to CL yet but I will closely monitor.
