Possible for further recovery. BIOHLDG is attempting to break out from its current sideways channel. Improving RSI and MACD indicators currently signal reasonable entry level, with anticipation of continuous improvement in both momentum and trend in the near term. Should resistance level of RM0.125 be broken with renewed buying interest, it may continue to lift price higher to subsequent resistance levels of RM0.130 and RM0.140.

However, failure to hold on to support level of RM0.105 may indicate weakness in the share price and hence, a cut-loss signal.

Why you worry when the director is selling off his stake? He is just an accountant but with CEO title. He is selling off his stake is because he feel that he cannot manage this company with plenty of medical terms. He got no business acumen and just a normal trader who trade this company unethically. So just resign as CEO and go away. I bet you are serving huge interest losses and if you still have not clear all pledged shares. Please dispose it all by all means.

If all options is excercised, more dilution to EPS & will push up the PE ratio. Hope the business can generate more profit to maintain EPS. We as minority shareholders will pay for the ESOS in terms of dilution of our shares and impact to bottom line. The directors took advantage of a crisis by issuing ESOS at a low price. Not wrong, but questionable.

The ESOS was approved during AGM. The ESOS will dilute minor shareholder holdings and add quantity of shares % back to the company. Bare in mind, huge amount allocated to a single person and the vesting period was not defined, meaning the person with big no of shares can cash out anytime and cause the price drop. Good luck!
