From Today Bioalpha boss interview .. what I understand and can interpret as below:

1) contract signing ceremony last week .. China government representative was from Guizhou (貴州人大代表) .... this u can go Youtube see yourself ...
2) why China want to choose Bioalpha? Boss said bcos I am handsome(kidding) n speak mandrin .. and also Bioalpha major shareholders have the 'connection' ... so in summary ... MY Government ada jalan la ... since China gov rep also there for the contract signing
3) Boss said Q1/Q2 profit will not be good as covid19 impact ... but coming Q3 beyond ... especiall Q4 will BOOM bcos First Oder need to ship in September
4) Why China give 5 years contract so long? Boss said China may need Bioalpha invest put money in China ... Build office and factory with local partner ... need more time...likely will be in Hainan
5) Boss said next year 80% revenue will be from China....so he was asked to station there 50% of his time to make sure operation run smoothly
6) Boss was asked why he Sell his shares lately...he said no choice due to 'personal reason' ..and he said he wanted to own more but his salary was Very Low compare to other PLC MD ... haha ... this one I speculate bcos boss use Margin to own >5% of company shares ... kena margin Call and force Sell
7) Bioalpha to Main Board ... may be in 2021/21 ...need to show All 4 quarters Profit then apply

good question. normally margin call happens when current price going lower and lower than acquired price. In recent case, price spike all time high, the acquired price must be a lot lower.
