with issuance of 133,333,333 million shares and estimated proceed of RM28 mil, that will be 0.21sen for the rights issue........meaning is 22% discount from current closed.............and with free warrants too at zero cost.

Listing of the warrant expected to be around 0.01 sen to 0.05sen at least.

Overall the 28 mil is for expansion of biz, launching new outlets and products and capital expenditure.

So to me it is good proposal.......just my thoughts.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you can beg to differs.

Earning is always very little. Overpriced. Always sucking money from investors through private placement and now right issues. I had sold all except 100 units remained as shareholder to watch. Made little profit already. So small counter with do many shares is really unhealthy. Carefull.

Don't dream. MD buys to push you buy only. He pays CIMB analyst to promote this counter since last year. Never reach the ideal TP. See its EPS, not worth holding. Sucking money counter. Right issues will suck your blood. Now syndicates push up and sell down same day. Careful

Pay your rights issue first, Ammar. Then start your dream. I would not pay that. My investment in Dnex at RM 0.235 is better now as the price to date is 0.285. I have more realistic dream now.
