Buy OR now cause cheap 0.05. Once converted into mother share and warrant then can make at least 50%. Is 5 years warrant and convertible anytime and easily worth 0.10

To buy right share : my cost = Or 0.06 + Rgt 0.20 = 0.26.
Therefore : $mom + $wrnt >= 0.26.

Some companies will let the warrant share 10 cent more expensive than mother... when reaching maturity date only will adjust same as mother.
