Welcome. OR is not a warrant but it is tradeable later when listed. Even if you do not own mother share also can buy OR but have to see conversion rate. if subscribe to the OR, then warrant will come free for every OR u subscribe. Maybe he misunderstood what his agent trying to explan

Biohlg result out. Increase in sales especially china (up14% ) but profit increase not much due expenses in hiring of new R&D staff, advertising n rebranding of retail pharmacy biz n bonus issue expenses. Also started phase 2 land clearing. Company optimistic of good result for YE 31Dec16.

Been through many right issues before and most of the time mother share surely will drop making it looks not attractive. Some will throw the share to make fund available to subscribe. What matter is the future expansion of the company.

although EPS lower , it was due to share dilution after bonus share given
and also higher administrative expanses
expenses are needed for pharmacy chain rebranding and introducing new product in china , indonesia and local market
imagine in future , those expanses can be cut down after brand is mature , the profit will be surge up suddenly
indonesia factory just operate on september and all the profit will be reflect on Q4

further growth in china and indonesia market
as company research , the growth of supplement in healthcare product is double digit in china market
population keep on increasing , more knowledgable in improving health and hence the market of healthcare and supplement product
goverment , PNB back up
company itself is very optimize in future

so dont worry if the company keep on increasing in revenue and growth
