Goldman Sachs says if you thought 2017 was surprisingly good, just wait for 2018.

"2017 is shaping up to be the first year of the expansion in which growth surprises to the upside," Goldman analyst Charles Himmelberg says.

"We expect 2018 to deliver more of the same," Himmelberg adds.

Himmelberg and his team expect the global economy to grow 4 percent on a real gross-domestic-product basis because of several factors.

CEO OF APPLIED MATERIALS CONFIRM EXPLOSION GROWTH IN SEMICON 2018 , AEMULUS WILL RIDE ON THIS GROWTH

Applied Materials President and CEO Gary Dickerson told CNBC on Friday that "there's never been a better time to be an investor" in his company in its 50-year history.

"We're firing on all cylinders," the CEO said. "That is fueling our business. That's something we've never seen in the history of our company."

In the era of A.I. and big data, Applied Materials sees several specific drivers contributing to its double-digit revenue and profit growth, Dickerson said.

The first is devices getting smarter. Sensor technology, memory power and data retention all fall in Applied Material's wheelhouse of products, giving it "fundamental" multi-year drivers, the CEO said.

"The memory business is also growing at a rate we've never seen before. All of these smart devices are creating a tremendous amount of data. Data's exploding," he told Cramer.

The profitability of memory companies is better than we've ever seen. And also, to really capture the value, you have to take the data and process it with high-performance computing. And the fundamental technology for high-performance computing and A.I., those materials come from Applied Materials."

Dickerson said that the smart device "explosion" will undoubtedly drive the semiconductor giant's revenue growth through 2018 and beyond.

Actually base on Q4 report can see that seem Aemulus started on 2017 get profit & consider stable compare previous year.

Each Q of 2017 can see after Q2 is more stable profit above 2K.

Overall this company started gain the profit and how to break even?
I believe base on QR report this company have potential to growth up & break even RM1.00.

This is not the first time Aemulus share go down.
But every time after down Aemulus share U turn go up even higher.
The whole KLSE down for a few days, not just Aemulus.

PE ratio for Aemulus dropped from 140, to 79 then to now 34. The company is making good progress so far. Qualcomm merges with broadcom or not will have nothing to do with Aemulus. As none of them are Aemulus's customer.

Avago is Aemulus customer , Avago now is under Broadcom, so indirectly Broadcom is related to Aemulus.
