Be patient with this counter.
Maybe it need some more time, the longer it stays sideways like this, the more explosive the up-move will be.
Just be patient, you will be rewarded handsomely.
And I'm suspecting (expecting) China to reverse strongly and confidently today, but I may be wrong on this, because China is not my playground.

Even a caterpillar has to crawl for it's whole life before it can fly, -c22 has to crawl (sideways) before it can fly.
