This is a goreng stock. How can the w and PA be trading at ridiculous discount to mother share.
Buaya do it intentionally to control price ..up and down as they wish. Going by the movement and volume of the SGB SGBW n SGBPA it looks like SGB is pump up to offload PA n W as they are bought for a few cents cost and now at 10 cent for PA and 30 cents for W. A tidy doubling of profits in a weeks work.
I don't advise converting them at all. Just punt along if you have hair growing on your chest and testosterone overflowing through your nose. Its a good exercise and you could make good money.
Just remember this is Russian roulette ...if and when the music stops banker will laugh all the way to the bank....hehehehe......

Let me assure you the Buaya definitely know the on going conversion and volume of new shares coming into the market as they will be monitoring all this. If it is so blardy good idea they would have converted them first before flogging new SGB to the ikan bilis. More profit isn't it? So why didn't they do it?
Like I say if you so inclined to play just be careful. I wish all of you good luck and may Buaya overlook you when he makan besar..Hhehehehe...

Good now why don't we see them converting to show how valuable the underlying shares are?
There is no shame in converting and if the share price can hold longer term you will make a ton of money. Easy meat

At a dilemma. Buy Pa at 0.115, cut loss this morning at 0.10. Now 0.08. If buy back, contra gain. But uncertain about tmrw. A lot of force-selling foreseen for next 3 days.

At price of RM1.10, the market capitalisation of SGB is already RM115 million.

Assuming PE 5 for similar size developer, you need NET PROFIT RM23 million to support current price!

How much you value this company? How much is the expected profit? What is the PE you are looking for?

以RM1.10的价钱，SGB的市价是一亿一千五百万。

同类型的发展商的PE ratio是介于4-5之间，假设PE ratio是五的话，SGB需要有净利润两千三百万来支持现在的价位！

Paperplane就是无法说出他对SGB合理价，期盼的净盈利还有未来PE ratio?

Conversion price is RM0.54 for PA, I add in already. So is RM0.54 + price PA RM0.08 = RM0.62

I sell underware also wan to convert n sell it. Haha...
