cckz, learn to read...it gives two option, first option convert and top up 54c, second option convert 10 of ur PA shares to 1 mother share, but this im not sure what the convertion price is

are you sure its 54c? im still waiting my remisier's reply, but it did say exercise price is 60c on top, below the announcement where it states to topup is 54c...hmm confusing

PA not moving up because i3investor calculate the premium is RM 0.825 (89.18%) and the gearing is 0.804 times. Don't agree with i3investor calculation. Anyone has any other premium and gearing calculation?

Theoretical price of PA in a perfect market is RM 1.23 (mother price) - RM 0.54 (cash to convert 1 PA to mother) = 69 sen. Now only 11.5 sen.
