The company can collect at cheaper price for 150 million PP, and they have increased shares qty to continue manupulating the share price.

They also can sell the 150 million shares to public to collect back the cash.

The way to stop them is other party buy over the company when the share price is very low.

Mon 29 Nov - fried up to high of 13.5 and close at 11 for a gain of 1
Tue 30 Nov - start downtrend to close at 9.5
Wed 1 Dec - continue downtrend to close at 8
Thu 2 Dec - contnue downtrend to close at 7 (1st session)

Will 2nd session continue to weaken or stabilised ?
