seems operator haven't clear their position completely. pushing price up before releasing their tickets.

This stock once dumped will cool down with sideways for months before another strike. It's all bout the right timing. Indeed painful for high chasers.

Why hire King's Counsel from UK.? Do you know how much exorbitant legal fees involved ? Are they sure winners ?

Do you know that in Salute itself are two highly qualified lawyers ?

Would it not be better to use the lawyers readily available in Salute itself so as to save times, save costs and be more efficient as they are more familiar with the complexity of the local legal cases involving infringement of patent rights.

If Salute didn't take take any legal actions when others manipulated with the patent rights, the company (Salute) would collapse !

Just imagine: How to do business when one invented something but another person claimed the invention(s) to be his or hers and simply sell the devices here and there with different prices. ?

That's also could be one of the reasons accounted for Salute's drop in revenue and profitability in the past quarters.

Salutica was involved in ear phones and appeared to have the edge over other competitors. Alas, for that particular Christmas, its product did not sell as much as expected. This happened a few years ago. It also supplied to Apple.

Its share price started to drop in tandem with its poor business performance. Now it is in legal tussle over infringement of patency rights with Apple.

Out of the blue and rather unexpectedly too, its share price rose to above 1.20 and 1.40 a couple of months ago. What led to this sudden rise then? For those who sold out during the price surges during that period, bravo to them indeed.
