The Board of Directors of Dancomech wishes to announce that Dancomech has, on 28 December 2020, entered into a share acquisition agreement (“SAA”) with Yew Teik Choon and Yew Seok Li to acquire 82,500 ordinary shares representing 55% equity interest in UTC Engineering Sdn Bhd, for a purchase consideration of RM2,750,000, subject to the terms and conditions in the SAA (“Proposed Acquisition”).

Please refer to the attachment for further details on the Proposed Acquisition.

Here’s my EPS estimation:

FY2020: RM0.058
FY2021: RM0.076

For intrinsic value estimation based on the average of various models (dividend, Benjamin Graham, PE, book value & net current assets), it's RM0.86. Reasonable margin of safety at current price.

If I apply 15x PE to forward FY2021 earning, target price would be RM1.14.

At current price of RM0.62, it’s undervalued with potential upside of 84%. I expect the stock will get more attention once the Q4 results is announced. Stay tune :)

revenue: 81.597m + (93.588m/70%=65.512m) + (36.272m/55%= 19.95m) = 167.059m
PAT: 15.014m + (4.972m/70%=3.48m) + (36.272m /12% = 4.353m / 55% = 2.394m) = 22.38m
