Tuan punye who know how to share its wealth with shareholders itu baru consider baguih.
Example UWc, Greatec, Techbond all kita anggap pandai. Tiap2 Tahun saham dia new high price.
Klau lah saja nak tunjuk ada ROE tinggi, company cash rich, PE rendah. Itu company Kepala Mak butok aje. Tak pandai pun dia punye owner company. Dia pusing shareholders la tu.

BOILERMECH EPS is 1.46sen, share price is RM1.30
UNIMECH EPS is 2.85sen, share price is RM1.50
DANCOMECH EPS is 1.40sen, share price is RM0.68

If you use Boilermech as benchmark, Danco should worth RM1.25.
If you use Unimech as benchmark, Danco should worth RM0.74.

For me, I think both DANCO and UNIMECH are undervalue.
The fair price for DANCO should be at least RM0.85, while for UNIMECH is RM1.70.

@roger3210, this has been a long time news (years), and has been taken into account awhile back. And the total payment made was less than anticipated. So, please do read up not only the recent announcements, but also the past announcements.

With a retained profit of 100m+, this 1m+ isn't even that impactful if they really would like to use this sum as "cash flow".

Don't know what exactly it means. But I think QR should still be OK. DANCO never posted a -ve QR and they just increase their dividend payout to 40% (which I don't agree with, but that's a different story)
