Evergreen failed because of high debts even though share price lower than NTA. No matter how low gearing also it needs 12 quarters / 3 years just to BREAK-EVEN with the massive debts so most smart investors will dump the shares loh.

For FPGroup, the profit is so small and since this is a newly listed company with short years of track records, this is being PUMPED UP by some crooks and u will see how this stock will collapse as well just like many other newly listed in Bursa.
