Agree with Adrian, hammer is a bullish candle. The candle is currently far away from all its moving average, either it pull back before the next rally or stay at the side way until the moving average catch up. We will see. No matter how, we have strong fundamental for QR and bullish indicator in term of technical. Should be way to go.
