The drawing concern on latest report is the receivables increase more than 2 mil. Admin & Distribution expenses are rather high.

The good things are they have their property reevaluated at higher value but can't be taken into profit and loss account. ( 2mil plus)as not been disposed.

Overall report is good.

The 2 million increase is money stolen from the accounts. Its for corruption payments made to various buyers and direct engineers who give them orders.. F**Kpack is well know for these activities, they call this as insider connections.
According to their ex payroll clerks they have grandmothers and children and other relatives of directors listed as employees..
U still want to deal with this Lao Saih type counter..

Trade receivable is money that expected to be collected back. That is why it is fall under asset. If trade receivable enlarged compared to last qr, it only means they have difficulty collecting back from debtors. It also indicate the payment term collection is longer than given deadline.

What you mentioned @bondmark doesn’t make any sense.

Agree with Daily8. The increase in trade receivables also might be due to increase in sales towards year end, with a credit term of 30-90 days means receivables will be higher. Cash flow from operating activities looks ok to me and spending RM4.6m in plant and machinery for expansion looks promising. Overall FPG is doing well in FY2019 and I'm betting that they will do even better in FY2020.

Current stocks, if u observed, many got high revenues, but loss ratio % is bigger.
Inflation on cost of goods can be a major concern.
