Hedge Funds (we call them sharks here in Malaysia) and professionals pay for share info and get direct from company secretaries.

In fact sharks get daily shareholdings reports from company secretaries before formulation of daily trading plan.

Overheads for sharks are very high.

=> You use free info sure make free huge losses

Wow so many burnt hands, pitiful. Play with fire will still get burnt financially. Looks like unofficial negative information could have been leaked on SIR or just market adjusting from top-heavy buying and unsustainable overbuying at above 40 sen. For those still holding at a loss, very good luck to you all.

The system is corrupted because each individual who deals in the stock market is unable to get equal news that impacts the price of each stock. So some buy on rumours and others on facts, while the latter wins.

A.KPMG telah membuat kesimpulan bahawa beberapa individu yang menandatangani permintaan ke atas pengesahan audit bagi pihak syarikat mereka - pelanggan dan pembekal Serba Dinamik - tidak wujud, hanya berdasarkan panggilan yang dibuat kepada penyambut tetamu syarikat-syarikat ini untuk mengesahkan identiti berkenaan.

Ini walaupun setelah pihak kakitangan kanan syarikat tersebut mengesahkan kewujudan individu terbabit, namun tiada tindakan selanjutnya yang diambil oleh KPMG.

B.Dalam contoh lain yang melibatkan vendor asing dari Timur Tengah, KPMG telah menjalankan lawatan ke lokasi untuk mengesahkan keberadaan pejabat mereka dan menyimpulkan bahawa pejabat berkenaan tidak wujud.

Setelah pemeriksaan dilakukan ke atas perkara itu, Serba Dinamik segera memaklumkan KPMG bahawa alamat berkenaan mempunyai gabungan angka dan huruf Arab yang disalah tafsir juruaudit tersebut yang seterusnya membawa mereka ke alamat yang salah. Serba Dinamik mengemukakan bukti alamat sebenar dan pejabat itu, namun KPMG enggan mengesahkannya.

C.Dalam isu pengesahan nombor telefon vendor Serba Dinamik, syarikat mendakwa bahawa KPMG bergantung kepada aplikasi buku telefon dari sumber terbuka iaitu 'TrueCaller' di mana dilihat menyediakan hasil carian tidak tepat ke atas pemilikan nombor tersebut.

Setelah pengesahan dibuat, Serba Dinamik berjaya memperoleh bil telefon rasmi yang didaftarkan di bawah nama vendor berkenaan, namun tiada tindakan diambil oleh KPMG bagi mengesahkannya.

D.KPMG timbulkan isu percanggahan kontrak IT yang melibatkan vendor asing di mana dalam kontrak tersebut nama syarikat yang terlibat ditetapkan sebagai L.L.P.

Dalam invois syarikat berkenaan yang seterusnya merujuk diri mereka dengan LLP. Serba Dinamik, perbezaan kedua-dua singkatan ini serupa dengan isu syarikat yang mempunyai "Sdn. Bhd." dan "Sdn Bhd" di mana perkara-perkara ini tidak bersifat substantif dan mudah diselesaikan.

Pls lah, as silly as KPMG is made out to be , these conflicts and versions of addresses, telephone numbers, receptionists, missing visits do not display the "LOSSES" being contended!

If these are the only defences available to SDB Directors and Management, believe me, as a person who had engaged senior role folks in top 4 accg firms.....these are smoke screen!

My personal take is that there are issues to be sorted...if these are the things that EY had to do specials on, surely EY should have released results of it's SIR, a mnth ago!

Such insidious delay speaks volume...well, I am off to take position in SDB soon to average down my cost! Why the delay to release the audited results, as SDB surely would have it's accs ready for audit!

AT worst, SDB's NTA cant be worse than current price levels!

---As a standard for most security house, when margin call is activated---client will be given T+2
to Top up Cash ( strong client can request 1--2days delay in executing Forced Selling ) Usually
T+3 is executing date for Forced Selling.----Sometimes Price leap-up within T+2, forced selling
will be cancelled,......Anyway as in Friday case (0.34), Forced Selling will be executed on 22 Or 23
Sept......However everyDay is a forced selling Day, AFTER price hit CUT date and client cannot Top-Up

U just imagine a Serba bond holders invested Rm 1.00, now getting back only 29 sen of his money.....then what happen to the equity holders leh ?

REMEMBER ; Bond holders always rank ahead of equity holders in getting back their monies mah!

The likely scenario will be Serba share will worth only 0 to 2 sen if the bond only 29 sen mah!

So investors better be very careful mah!

There will not be any haircut unless Trustee takes immediate action to freeze and protect bondholders rights and assets.

Quite likely decision delays will result in totally zero payments to bondholders or you can also call it a 100% haircut.
