Friends, let Raider warn u well ahead of the trouble coming to Serba loh!

U just imagine a Serba bond holders invested Rm 1.00, now getting back only 29 sen of his money.....then what happen to the equity holders leh ?

REMEMBER ; Bond holders always rank ahead of equity holders in getting back their monies mah!

The likely scenario will be Serba share will worth only 0 to 2 sen if the bond only 29 sen mah!

So investors better be very careful mah!

There will not be any haircut unless Trustee takes immediate action to freeze and protect bondholders rights and assets.

Quite likely decision delays will result in totally zero payments to bondholders or you can also call it a 100% haircut.

The hope to overturn the original findings of KPMG by the Ad hoc Auditors is not expected to be positive as reflected in the current share price.

External auditor from big 4 has been downgraded to non -big 4 now. Its a sign of shananigan to the detriment of the corporate image..

The cheapest has yet to come...

Serba should operate like a listed Co. and not like a political assisted Co. Political environment
has changed so Serba should changed too. Politician has help to gather so many GLC to support Serba are now facing criminal charges themselves.

An audited report can by released anytime And any discrepancies can be foot-noted. Dispute
can be challenge in Court ( Investor must know ) To block its release bcos management can do so
has side-step Bursa authority.....or Bursa give too much "face to management" bcos of so and so
said it is okay

Look at SAPnrg, Velesto, Armada, even AirAsia, All these Co has shocking Impairment losses
and Audited Report came Out as usual.....Serba is "making 100mil every Qr in 2020 and 2021
Having problems with Audited Report sounds very strange??????
