risekita8...why they need small lot...because...now to drop price 0.340...got 200 counter ....they dump 5 million...the counter from 200 become 100 counter left...with 5 lot or what others lot...they dump 100 counter again..now the price drop to 0.335...they quene again...or they buy again to drop 0.330...or maybe they already buy they just wait to sell to drop the price...do u think people were sell because price drop 5c.and who buy up 5c......haha

Most of the time if the share keeps falling like it is now means that the news is already out and based on price movement it is showing negative SIR outcome. Insiders already making their moves... also could be further forced selling by major shareholders. KO share....poor shareholders...

Martha Stewart was jailed 5 months for insider trading. She sold all 3,928 shares of her ImClone Systems to avoid a loss of $45,673.

Robert Foster Winans, a former columnist for The Wall Street Journal who co-wrote the "Heard on the Street Column" from 1982 to 1984, was convicted of insider trading and mail fraud. He was indicted by then-U.S. Attorney Rudolph Giuliani and convicted in 1985 of violating Federal law by leaking advance word of the contents of his columns to a stockbroker, Peter N. Brant at Kidder, Peabody & Co.

The contents of his columns were merely his opinions, not insider information. But because the columns impact share price movements and he benefited by leaking advance word of contents to a stockbroker, he was convicted.
