solomolo maybe Karim is a smart ass...when he drop the price...and hope anybody no need to cash their money and just wait until SIR out...if he up the price...more cash player follow the market trading when market september only drop..just sell cause already got profit......just my opinion lorh...haha

The fastest way to restore confidence and stem stock price losses is to show financial might.

1) Share buyback
2) Redeem bonds at sharp discounted par value
3) Take company private

All with very cheap price to SD.

Any other ideas not workable and doesnt make sense.

POSSIBILITY the share price will be pushed way down below 30sen and then PARTY of INTEREST or OWNER will offer a price for SD to be taken PRIVATE saving all the troubles created by party of interest and maybe at a SLIGHT PREMIUM for the depress share price.

Huangbk72...these is not about serbadk...the problem is market trading...sept market is not good for investment...serbadk price just down because of SIR.and plus market trading...see Genetec counter the price always up ...today because the market not so good..the price drop to RM2.00...u know the answer....they sell because they already got the profit...haha

it is better SIR out end of sept...maybe october market back to normal...and hope more foreign investment will come...if SIR out to early...and the same time market trading not so good...just hope local buyer to buy serbadk...u know lorh...what happen...haha

i think management on the safe side should Not release Qr result before SIR---any serious discrepancies will invite "enemy" reporting to MACC. Macc usually requests 7 year records---almost impossible to Hide dubious Account
