You donT wanT Bank forced sell your shares bcos you have compensate Bank losses immediately
Or else they will sell again to recover their losses.....Of course provided you have Cash.....

Brokerage will Reduce your margin account bcos they afraid they may never recover their money ( share price too low ) if you go bankrupt...so you cannot make used your account to buy back
