Of late Serbak has secured new mainteance contract with Gas Malaysia, Petronas Dagangan, Shell MDS Malaysia, PT Pertamina Indonesia, A hydro project in Nepal. And not forgetting the Sarawak IT connectivity project. This are all reputable names or business contracts {despite all the negative comments} on the KMPG controversial. We have now see how KMPG settled the IMDB audit penalty with MOF paying a settlement sum of RM333 million. Serbak has filed a civil claim against KMPG for its negligence, breach of contractual & statutory duty and most critical is KMPG own request for an independent auditor appointment { was in the words of TSMShafee} contentious and not certain of its own process and findings. Or is a possibility of a out of court settlement reach between KMPG and Serbak. Just my own guess work and certainly not a buy call or any recommendation

I am so happy for you all if prices go thru the roof.
But i am careful as I don't think KPMG make irresponsible statement to SC.
The main issue is of debtors' verification .
Either is there or is not there.
Do you think KPMG is so negligent knowing the impact of making such statement.
Hopefully, I am totally wrong
