Any idea how the investor can recover the loss due to the company & the management falsified the Quarter/ Annual Report ? Or we can just watching the Malaysia Gov imposed a little fine toward the management and let them siphon the money and walk away ?

revisit this Serbak Tak jadi.. during their heyday.. i keep reminding people about the Director scam using warrant instrument... keep on issuing millions of warrant to himself ..but than, every week cashing on it !!
modus operandi .. claiming got billion dollar project, where else? ..non other than in the middle-east !!.. (sounds familiar eh? ..hehe).

Another Bumi company success in delisting. That's why I very very hesitant to invest in Bumi companies. VERY VERY RISKY. This one joins Sumatec in Devy Jones Locker. RIP. I also lost money in Sumatec, the first Bumi company stock that I owned - sorry to bilis if they badly burned as well. Next time don't blindly follow 'Bumi this Bumi that'. Sometimes your greatest enemy is your own kind. Peace

Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd effective June 5 ..... finally Drama Minggu Ini comes to an end, wonder how bursa and SC can allow this to happen.... fraudulent activities from left right, where even the auditors were not spared.... and the guilty walks free with a slap on the wrist... :-(

at its height dato karim owned about 772m shares in SD, and it was priced at RM1.80 just before KPMG issued the disclaimer... thats RM1.4billion !!! later on DK sold or was forced-sold about 5.15millin shares at 15c each..... a whopping drop in value by 92% !!! Yet this sale netted him 5.15m x RM0.15 = RM772,500..... at least still money, today whats the share worth ???

Delisting company usually have financial problems and deem to bankrupt in the end. It is very rare it will come back.
