Everything up but this stock keeps coming down since IPO. Wakakakkakaka if you are FA investor you know this stock is bullock when they IPO to pare down debt. People IPO to expand but this stock IPO to pay debt. Joker for those that are holding this stock. TP year end RM0.50. Those analyst saying RM1.70 really sleeping one wakakak
Initially EWINT just wan to list as a public limited @ ACE, but who knows they got few project in one shot , then decided to list @ Main. I guess the fund they all use for debt as MRTay said. Still will be lower, i think close to rm1 still possible.
Aya, like suncon also like that ipo at 1.2 and drop to 1.08 and after 2 years close at RM2. Thats 100% in 2 years. So yeah it need ipo money to pare down debt so it can execute its project successfully and since you are a investor you can decide whether to partake in this expansion or not. if it drop below ipo price i will be very interested to collect as Ecowold international is not some chapalang company, I rather bet on property in Australia then Malaysia.
EWI’s total sales secured stood at RM6.49 billion out of a total estimated GDV of RM13 billion from the four projects as at Jan 31 this year. Of the 2,186 private residences launched in London, 63% or 1,370 units have been sold (54% of whose buyers are from the UK, 17% from Malaysia, 19% from Hong Kong and China, 4% from Singapore, 5% from the Middle East and North Africa and 1% from other places). In Sydney, 329 units or 83% of the 398 units launched have been sold (49% of whose buyers are from Australia, 19% from Malaysia, 22% from Hong Kong and China, 8% from Indonesia and 2% from Singapore).
Few reasons i dont think upcoming QR is good 1st - political risk 2nd - Chinese buyer cant buy due to the PBOC rule 3rd - USD is depreciating and others are appreciating.
1. Political risk? - Malaysia or Oversea? Do note that most of Ewint asset is oversea. And not all exposure is in London while Australia consist big chunk of its portfolio also. 2. Chinese Buyer - While China did impose this rule, but do note that while China economy stabilize they will slowly release this limitation. You should think ahead in future. Plus in countries such as London, Australia most of the buyer are asian countries like indonesia, phillipines, korea, japan, malaysia, china, etc. Unlike forest City Johor mostly from China. 3. Forex - In the short term, USD is depreciating and Ewint will have more money converting RM to USD to fund its project. But usually big projects the funds are usually hedge. So this risk should be manageable.
