there is a strong interest from local buyers, definitely will go up again to 1.33 today after settling at around 1.29. They are just waiting to make profit on the swings..

don't buy now, buy after 2-3 months. now, nothing can be seen, just bet on the name only. not worth. soon will drop back to below 1.20 in 3 months from now because of just a name. after that, then need to see result.
i personally think that property shares will only shinny in 2019 2nd half or 2020.
if you go to see those existing projects, a lot still vacant for buyers.
