Biggest question is, if the new state government will implement free water programme, who will pay the bill? In Selangor, the State Government pays the bill, I think Johor State Government will likely to follow Selangor's framework. If that's the case, Ranhill's profit won't be affected
Hahaha...Free...only for 10 cubic n for those low income below Rm 3K. Anyhow use water...free without controlling is a disastrous policy. There are rules n disciplined. TQ.
