The Company wishes to announce that subsequent to the Special Board of Directors’ meeting held on 4 January 2023 with regard to the suspension of the executive functions of 2 Executive Directors of the Company, namely Mr Ng Shih Chiow and Mr Ng Shih Fang, the Board of Directors was made aware of an incident of illegal entry and seizure of documents and items belonging to the Company by Mr Ng Shih Chiow and Mr Ng Shih Fang.



At approximately 4.25 pm on the same day, the suspended Executive Director, Mr Ng Shih Fang returned to the office premise with a group of approximately 4 unknown individuals. The unknown individuals were denied entry but forced their way into the office illegally. They have also seized and carted away approximately 30 boxes of documents and items without the permission or clearance from the Board of Directors or the Company. The Company views this as an illegal force entry and theft and will lodge a police report on this matter.

Banyak sandiwara semasa here. Better bring your money concentrate on other stocks, more chance of earning profits. This one dah la don't give dividends when making profits, no on dips, who knows what will happen. Haihzzzzz....lausaiiiii

the suspension of two Directors are said to be invalid.... they should have been given show cause before any action is taken ie suspension. Hence Dino Ng has the right to have access to books and records of the company. The mention of seizure of books and records is untenable....
