营收或营业额(Revenue)也就是企业从生意中获得的销售额，包括子公司(持股超过50%)的业务收入。营收也是财报中的Top line，也就是说翻开财报看到的第一行数字。营收虽然是Top line，但往往却为分析员所忽略，我阅读过不少的分析报告，却鲜少有人会提及它，即使有大多都是轻轻带过。或许，有些人会觉得营收就是营收，有什么值得研究的？

事实上，营收是公司业务中最主要的一环，营收甚至在某种程度上可以看出产品热不热卖、产品竞争力好不好、供需情况等等的信息。营收分析又可分为营收增长率、核心业务与其它业务比率、经常营收与非经常营收等等。同时，营收还是盈利之母，没有营收的公司根本就无法存活下去，因此，我认为研究公司基本面，就该从营收开始。

当然，若只单看一个季报/年报的营收是无法看到营收增长率，因此我建议大家用Excel把过去数年的数据键入表内，这样就能轻易的画出年营收的走势图，再进行分析。






上图是PIE过去6年的年营收数据与图表，从上图看来，我们能够很轻易就能判断公司的营收是逐年增加，它还是处于成长阶段的。谈到这里，我们不得不说说企业的成长周期(如下图)，它包括创业期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期等等；若想要在股市赚大钱，最好的方法就是买入成长期的企业(我们极少有机会买到创业期的公司，因为上市公司都是创业后并维持盈利才能够在主板挂牌交易)。当然，过去的数据只能够用来参考，将来的业务前景才是我们应该放多一点时间与精力去探讨研究的方向，从报章看到PIE过去2年投入大量基建开销(Capex)只能说它将来还是有机会继续成长，迟些我会用其它的基本面分析方法来一一解说。








*注：除了用图表，我们也可以用 CAGR（Compound Annual Growth Rate）来计算公司营收的复合年均增长率，[在excel 计算会更加简便，只需输入公式，便自动得出。公式为：=power(现有价值/基础价值,1/年数)-1]


就用PIE为例子，2012年的营收为348816，2017为679283，那在excel中输入=POWER(679283/348816,1/5)-1，获得的CAGR为14.3%。

至于核心业务与其它业务比率可以直接从年报中获取(如下图)，核心业务占了约97.5%的比重(662151/679283），这说明公司聚焦于核心业务成长，这样才能更快速的增加公司的价值。值得一提的是它拥有个稳定的租金收入，去年约341万零吉。根据分析员的情报，它在槟城拥有7间工厂，4间出租三间自用；在泰国则有3间工厂，2间出租，1间自用。这些信息在年报中都是微不足道的一两行字或数据，若看漏了就自然会错过它，因此，我建议大家看年报时不要匆匆忙忙的去看，若可以小心仔细些，或许就能够发现一些隐藏在其中“价值"，往往这些隐藏的价值能够为我们的投资带来巨大的利润。
