t could be the negligence of the Auditors by not checking properly that the company car was not approved by BOD with resolution. Who was the ED or MD in charge in 2018 when the company car was purchased ? if no resolution, then it is a private car to be registered under individual name. The money used to buy the car is treated as advance to that individual . Whats the problem ?

What happen next ?

Is revenue an empty shell after Eddie Ng leave ? I guess No, because duo is the tech person, while EN is only decision maker.

After EN leave, duo is safe from jailed, then company will chip in property development, Should be something like IoT and Construction, which I don't really like it, Try have a look with Ageson. Iot & construction.

There are only few possibility to start property development, no matter which way , duo still need to use company money.

Duo keep having problem with MACC , A good reputation company will not sub any project to them.

EN leaving revenue is the saddest news for investor. While I still see people is giving so much support to duo, I don't know why , but Good luck to you guys...

Do you really believe the reasons of their resignation? Cant they be compelled to resign to make way for new composition of BOD ? The purpose is to make it harder for the Duo to challenge the removal of the entire BOD. Previously the Duo was planning to remove the entire BOD through EGM but the scenario is different now due to new composition of BOD
