Many small time retailer got burned in this counter, especially during the digital license season plus during the strong promo by the BwK about the digital license thingy. Now these retailer suffer in silence. I pity them. Remember to vote when have the chance. Kasi vote bad mgmt practice out.

EN has no alternative but to turn to Mafia Group for protecting him in power. I think EN has sold substantial shares to the Mafia Group off-market at a very cheap price otherwise who would buy high volumes of shares from you when there is no benefit to be derived. The only way the Mafia Group could come to the Board provided that they are holding substantial shares.

it is believed that the recent resignation of 3 directors has basically made way to the appointment of new directors coming from Mafia Group .

It is expected that more existing directors will be forced to resign so that the duo can not put forward their agenda to remove the present composition of the existing directors in the upcoming EGM .

With the composition of new Directors, the duo will have a very hard time even though they are re-instated to the board . How could the duo get the approval of their proposal if all the directors oppose their proposal every time?
