For the current financial quarter ended 31 December 2022, the Group recorded a lower revenue by approximately RM15.92 million, mainly attributed to the decrease in the revenue from the EDC segment by approximately RM4.79 million driven by the lower revenue from the sale of EDC terminals due to no sale of EDC terminals during the current financial quarter, lower rental income by approximately RM0.87 million arising from the downward revision on the rental rate per unit with the partner banks and lower income from the electronic transaction processing segment by approximately RM10.38 million due to the accrual and repayment of outstanding transaction settlement amounted to approximately RM9.19 million during the current financial quarter under review.

For the current financial quarter ended 31 December 2022, the Group recorded a LBT of RM14.77 million as compared to a LBT of RM2.47 million in the immediate preceding financial quarter ended 30 September 2022 mainly attributed to the lower revenue generated from the business activities which was unable to cover the Group’s fixed operating cost coupled with higher administrative expenses, finance costs and lower other income.

WHAT!!!!? No Sales of EDC terminal for current quarter? 3 months and didn't even sell a single unit? U kid me not.
& downward revision on the rental rate per unit. Oh Dear!!!....profit is shrinking. It is only going to get more competitive and hence reduce in profit margin

I think even if duo manage to tussle away control of board also it can go down south very soon and not going to come up again in nearest future for a long long time. It is believed that EN was in a desperate move to dispose of all his shareholding in goodway co in order to finance his margin call in RGB. RGB's share price is expected to continue to be depressed further, more margin call for EN is expected as a result of which EN is expected to continue to offload his shareholding in RGB until his shareholding is minimal to be negligible to the extent that the duo would make a return to control with their substantial shareholding. However, the recalcitrant EN would not let the duo return to the Board easily, he is believed to collude with the Mafia Group by disposing of his shares to them cheap off market with the main agenda to block the return of the duo to office.

The tussle is not over and the turbulent is getting more and more intensified from now.

If RGB keeps on making losses, its shares will continue to be depressed and its accumulated retained earning will be depleted to the extent that dividend can no longer be distributed due to insufficient reserve. Some thing positive need to be done fast and steady. Who can do it ?

Gathered from the way it goes, nothing positive is being done by the incumbent but some thing will be done by the Duo if only the duo legitimately take over control of BOD. Until then, the show of loggerhead is insidious day in and day out..................
