Bull just started . Dividend policy announced is 30% of profits as of Dec 2019 ! It’s a very tight ship run by veterans . The director Wan holds 66.6% of shares and the other director holds close to 7% . That’s why no banks to come goreng here, yet . Purely investors counter for the moment . Today alone 12 million people decided to take profit vs 2 million buying so that caused the dip . Building momentum

Some groups writing Harry Potter 9th book for counters that just goreng up and down , nothing substantial .
This group IPO hit on Jan 2019 . I don’t know why they staying so low profile . Even with ciput earnings ( less than 10% of the contract they secured this time ) , they managed to pay out dividend 0.005 . WAN must have very high cables to keep 66% all to himself predicting the future contracts ... Stay tuned .

Sell on news , contra players . It is too late if you buy when news is out . Also , sharks lowering the price to flush others out for them to buy . Many bought a week ago when they saw the volume come in . Stay steady or average down .

It will soon back to 0.25 n hibernate for at least a yr b4 wake up. With this affordable housing project, not that early to realize any income yet. Instead it will increase its gearing to finance the project construction cost. Situation will change provided economy improves and project can sell (even thought is affordable housing)
