If I am not wrong 0.28 is the price that warrant owners have to top up the difference when convert to mother share. Let say mother at 0.50 then warrant should be trade around 0.22. Son should be base on mother price can't be opposite.

If ex date price is 0.42 and exercise price 0.28.... estimated Mother (Price) = 0.38 and WA = 0.16...... 5*0.42 = 5p + 2(p-0.28)
