The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail the issuance of 166,274,800 Warrants to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of 2 Warrants for every 5 existing Spring Art Shares held by the entitled shareholders.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 4 March 2021, being 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for Warrants to Bursa Securities.

Buy just to get free warrant won't make much as the price already long ago pump up before ex. But to hold and wait for the wa to be pump up yes will see the big profit. As the mother need to be pump up as well to lead the wa up. The issued shares not a lot so won't be that tough to pump when the time comes.
