SNS QR just released.

If QR to QR comparison it doesn't look impressive, but as expected because VSTECS QR reported a lower revenue also in comparison to the same QR for the year before.

And we can see that SNS follows the same pattern.

As per what the SNS Managing Director said, it takes 3-4 months from point of order to deliver Data Servers, ordered by Clients.

So perhaps we will only see higher revenue & net profit towards end of year.

Looking at the latest QR, come Monday, investors might sell off.

Lets see....

SNS is still a good company to invest in, though it is also important to be realistic and don't always be too hyped with TP 1.0

Factoring in the latest QR, in my opinion, fair value should be between 0.60 - 0.70, and anything above is considered overvalued.

Hopefully there will be pull back to around 0.65.

Despite latest QR is not impressive but it is quite impressive that SNS has managed to secure a sale of 85.52 million in AI Hardware that will be realized in end of year, and on top of that based on latest QR, SNS cash flow has improved.

KUALA LUMPUR: SNS Network Technology Bhd has received a purchase order worth RM85.52mil for artificial intelligence (AI) super servers from one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

The information and communications technology (ICT) system and solutions provider will supply AI super servers to a data centre in Johor Bahru.

These high-performance servers, designed for demanding AI, machine learning, and deep learning tasks, are scheduled for delivery in August 2024.
