Mal957 If lady boss alr tired,we wld suggest she takes back seat n let stronger hands to lead.Fair for all loyal stakeholders... 1 hour ago CEB FA is okay...but Mr. Market usually don't bother about FA...more on trend n sentiment...I added more...@0.36.🤞 CEO n sibling are still major shareholders of above #12%. Any shareholders bought above #5%...must announce within #10 days. Above #10% is immediate announcement. Company must buyback its share at this Price...using its Retained Earnings. Reverse Split is negative sentiment. Shareholder Meeting must be done, to stabilize market value.🤞🙏
If the directors are confident of the future and sees it as undervalued they will take another bank facility and buy back. But this highly look like dumping
Hi @geary Share buyback sounds nice but we were very disappointed with no dividend declared ,while price keep dropping ! Hopefully,we will celebrate the 2nd anniversary together with the lady boss☺️
Let's not suggest getting new banking facilities to shore up the market price. The lady boss have low credit rating...& I don't think the corporate guarantee issued by the company is of any value to any banks... even if the company is authorised to perform the shares buyback.
IPO are conjob. Lots of rubbish will surface after shares are distributed to the public hand . In China ,500 companies waiting for IPO approval. The underwriter/broker house are complaining, if approval delayed, many companies on the waiting list will go bankrupt. Now you know the agenda of many IPOs, to dump the "shxt" to the retailers, while the major shareholders lol to the bank. Recently more than 10 plc celebrate successful delisting . The CEO went public few years ago, pump up the company shares to 10B, RMB, dumped their shareholding to the public. Being "responsible", the CEO make sure bank borrowing are all fully settled, and apply for delisting. They celebrate DELISTING with grand party, while the retailers were holding the rubbish shares dropping from 5rmb to 0.01 rmb.

After dropping to 0.20, then follow by pn17. And dropped like sapura. What I can conclude here is , possible this company is blank or using others people company to generate report
