Besides property, industry is using a lot of power cable. due to China-USA trade war, many MNC move to Malaysia. There is high demand for the power cable. See the performance of Kellinton bhd who is turnkey contractor for industry n MNC. Moreover, east Malaysia has voice of lack of electrical supply in the states and asking federal to build more power grid in the states. Kellinton has gain more projects since listed and i could see MTEC in the same Mould.
