Due to higher CPO price, Utd Plantation 1Q24 NP rises 18.5%. UP has gain over 100% since last year. If MKHOP has similar NP trend and follow the footstep of UP, MKHOP can hit RM1.20 in this year.

Congratulation to shareholders :It is reported 16 M for 2nd Q , 1st Q 10.448 with totally 26.467 m. The impressive result was due to increase of averaging price of CPO and PK ,plus with 1.4 m of biological asset gain ...
The Debt & borrowing only around 0.5m with cash & Bank balance of 89.5m from 72m.

The key information from the page of 30 of circular, For the Expansion of land banks for
plantation ,It is estimated land area is approximately 5,000 hectares with an area for planting of approximately 4,000 to 4,500 hectares . Subject to the successful negotiation and feasibility study to the satisfaction ,the timeline for the acquisition is expected to be done at 2nd quarter of 2024. so the planted area will be increasing from 17000 to approximately 21,5000 after few years of cultivation and planting.
2.8 Dividend policy (page of 11) : intends to recommend and distribute a dividend of at least 50% of annual
audited consolidated PAT attributable to the owners from financial year ending 2024 ...

MKHOP net profit for the first six months has already reached RM26.5mil, compared to RM30.4mil for the entire financial year ended Sept 30, 2023 (FY23), The valuation of the stock will be double up since its np going to double up compare to 2023.

In year 2005 (Almost 2 decades ago) TSH Resources bought 94,700 Acres land near here for as low as Rm4,500 an acre.

Today it is worth from Rm200,000 to Rm4.2 Millions per acre

If the land surrounding Nusantara is valued at RM200k per acre, that's 10X the valuation of MKHOP's land bank. Even if it sold for RM80k per acre, it would still be 4X the valuation of MKHOP. Are you kidding?

US is officially in stagflation.
Back in 70s stagflation period.
Commodity went up crazy.
Soybean oil went up from 10 to 50 usd in 2 -3 yrs time.
No record for palm oil then.

MKHOP , TSH and other plantation counters are in a very bullish environment.
Following later by Johor plantation ipo.
Plantation will be hot in 2024 and 2025.
3 Singapore banks
(UBS AG Singapore, UOB Kay Hian Pte. Ltd, DBS Bank Ltd.,
1 Singapore investment fintech platform (iFAST Financial Pte. Ltd)
already loaded more than 12% share in TSH.
They are hedging against stagflation.

The expected gross proceeds from the Public Issue amounted to RM136.4 million which minus 9.98m of listing expenses, equal of 126.42 m will be added with 89.55m to earn more interest income in very short time. mostly are planned for capital expenditure ,repayment and working capital for generating more future income.

Nothing wrong if price up or down if Value is Intact

See Jtiasa also went to to Rm1.13
Then Jaya Tiasa was down to 60 sen
Now Jaya Tiasa is up again to Rm1.29

So Tsh down from Rm1.79 does not mean it will be down forever
In fact we bought 700,000 shares of Jtiasa when it corrected to 60 plus sen
And now it doubled

So same for TSH as its lands are nearer to Ikn Nusantara Titik Nol

See Bongan lands are SO NEAR that prices of lands command the highest prices

MkhOp lands 45,000 acres book value per acre only Rm14,000 is very cheap

location is north of Ikn Nusantara

West Kutai now Rm3 million to Rm4.2 millions per acre

In Kutai East lands prices also up at Rm300,000 to Rm500,000 an acre

when time is ripe when development arrives these lands will be repurposed as commercial or residential or
industrial use

So can buy and hold long term

meanwhile from operations there is good production of Ffb

so if got weakness just buy and hold

Both MkhOp and Tsh Resources will see great price appreciation for years to come just like Bplant which got gold mine lands
