MKHOP net profit for the first six months has already reached RM26.5mil, compared to RM30.4mil for the entire financial year ended Sept 30, 2023 (FY23), The valuation of the stock will be double up since its np going to double up compare to 2023.
If the land surrounding Nusantara is valued at RM200k per acre, that's 10X the valuation of MKHOP's land bank. Even if it sold for RM80k per acre, it would still be 4X the valuation of MKHOP. Are you kidding?

See Jtiasa also went to to Rm1.13 Then Jaya Tiasa was down to 60 sen Now Jaya Tiasa is up again to Rm1.29
So Tsh down from Rm1.79 does not mean it will be down forever In fact we bought 700,000 shares of Jtiasa when it corrected to 60 plus sen And now it doubled
