Daya Materials Berhad is an investment holding company and engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. Its segments include polymer, which markets and sells polymer products under brand name of DAYACOM, which include semiconductor compounds, medium-voltage cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) compounds, low-voltage XLPE compounds and jacketing compounds; oil and gas, which includes logistics and distribution of downstream chemicals, material handling and manpower services, welding and offshore services, and mechanical and electrical, heating and ventilation services; technical services, which provides design, engineering and industrial construction services. On January 14, 2010, it acquired PT Daya Secadyme Indonesia. On June 2, 2010, it acquired CMT Industry (Kulim) Sdn. Bhd. On June 14, 2010, it acquired Daya OCI Sdn. Bhd. On August 26, 2010, it incorporated Daya NCHO International Limited. In September 2011, the Company acquired Daya Campo (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd.
