Ninetolgy wants total management.it wants total buyout from the 4 major shareholders at 55cts for each share they own.if anyone rejects they will take back the offer.let say the owners agree then an MGO at 55cts will be triggered for the rest of the shares held.maybe then they may make an offer for the warrants too.

major shareholders can decide which way the share price goes if all says yes to nine then the price will up.maybe then the wrts will go high

Think its play acting lah Rich! End of the day they will just say one of the major shareholders decline! By then they would have sucked the blood out of those unsuspecting traders/investors!! Look at this today.. frm 0.470 dwn to 0.385!! The sharks have already earned a lot!

55cts for a company that was trading below 10 cts just barely a mth ago.I would urge someone here to lodge a report with the SC/police to investigate these culprits b4 they run off.this is daylight robbery
