CPE takes stake in Patimas Computer 8 February 2013 | 13:58pm StockMarketWire.com - China Private Equity Investments Holdings has purchased a total of 43 million shares in Patimas Computer. The shares - which were purchased through CPE's subsidiary CPE Growth Capital on 29 January - represent 5.2% of the total shares outstanding in Patimas. The shares were purchased for a total consideration of MYR4.7m in cash and as of yesterday (7 February) the value of this investment was MYR3.0m. Following the investment made in purchasing Patimas shares, CPE has remaining cash resources of $0.12m and short term loans granted to certain investee companies of $0.85m.
