according to a research by intellecpoint.com, the writer is not comfortable with the relatively small and unknown auditor John Lim & Associates whose firm also happened to be the company secretary of LIIHEN. So there is a lot of integrity and transparency issue with LIIHEN.

liihen 90% sales are denominated in USD. The USD had appreciated by more than 9% against ringgit since March/April. With the strong USD, yet the sales of Liihen is still down and dividend cut in half. What do you think is cooking in the furniture factory?????

Sources closed to the police confirmed that Bukit Aman, the Headquarter of the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) had taken over the investigation on the alleged misuse of company's funds and elements of criminal breach of trust by certain directors of Lii Hen in 2004, from the Negeri Sembilan Police Contingent where the complaint was initially lodged.

The investigation is now given a higher priority in view of the amount involved ($150 million) and allegation of interference by third party at the Negeri Sembilan Police Contingent. The case had been classified as cheating/criminal breach of trust under Penal Code 420 and 406.
