mikekong55: Need ur opinion here bro. I planning to convert my 100k Inariw to mother at conversion of 1:1. srikeprice of 38c. Once it is admitted to Main Boaed, the mother warrants all the attention of fund managers. After the conversion and on receipt of the mother share, I will still be alright noting the strong uptrend of the mother. No more discount now, the gap has narrowed to 38c. Looks like the warrant going to run off anytime and be on its own. Ur advise please.

Farmbes in deficit because of those bad bad years for poultry business.. Corporate proposal announced in late Jan 2014, where a reduction of nominal value of shares will help to erase the cumulative losses. Also, Farmbes will acquire a company that has china based biz for RM380 mil, via shares issue priced at 50 sen per share. Not much details, but the net asset per share of RM2.66 now will be diluted to around 50 to 60 sen. The proposal will improve farmbes gearig and increase share cap from 60 mil to 1 billion shares!!

psd57.....u can look at inari insas ock yeelee and fitters forum..i already posted my tp.......extol as i said accumulate from0.14-0.27....if u re lucky enough u should sell at 0.44...as for me i am lont term investor....i did my analysts for every counter covering 3-4years span.......im still holding to extol and in no hurry to dispose it presently.....good luck to you psd......and everybody who heed and follow my advise....i just got back from pahang and perak doing some detail reseach of few companies including ecowold...i have met and had very fruitfull discussions with tan sri liew of sp setia ceo....hopefully i will come out with articles and tp of ecoworld......very interresting tips from tan sri liew....just wait for it and you will disbelief the hidden gem of ecoworld......regards...
