OCK accquired by Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera accquired (LTAT) today 1.94 million (price range: 1.13-1.18).....but on 21st Mar,2014 dissposed by LTAT same quantity (price range: 0.995 - 1.12)...don't understand sold lower bought higher by LTAT.. Director Ooi Chin Khoon also disposed the 80K shares on 25-03-2014...!!

Meena - Although you keep seeing LTAT dispose and acquire at the same time but if you look at the % of the share holding. It started with 10% and now up to 13.56%

bro meena, ya, just checked on the acquiring/disposing trend past 4 weeks and compared with price range. Looks interesting. My guess - like bro psd57 mentioned before, the big operator behind might not be LTAT. They alone can't control the price. Bro psd57 knows better for OCK.

changlk03: I learned new thing.....for example I bought 4 days before @0.59 today T+3 sold @0.56 again I bought @0.59.....I never loss. only I need to pay 1.1% charges for the buy/sell...still I can extend my T+3 if sure I know price uptrend in between T+3...I will get profit....This something sell lower buy higher....you never loss....please correct me if any mistake here...

meena: D'sonic Ca - u should be hands on in trading, it’s so volatile. Make 1.5c to 2 cents net intraday, must come out fast. The Ca is way 'out of money'. Punters r buying and selling this counter intraday. They know this. Someone will hv to carry the baby when the musical chair play stops!!
At 56c, you are buying the mother share at RM7.08, representing a steep 70.6% premium:
(i) Conversion price -(56c x 6) + RM 3.72) =
RM7.08
(ii) Premium = RM 7.08-RM 4.15 (closing price of mother share today) = RM 2.93 or 70.6%
The higher the CA price, the higher the premium and so its ur ‘money position’. That's why I wrote in the morning I 'gambled' on this counter and made money, knew the high risks well. Apparently I went in again second time, bot 60k @0.595 and came out with my pants intact at 0.615, intraday, hands on all the way. But definitely, not a counter for investment likes the mother share **Note: call warrant can't be converted to mother share. just cash settlement upon maturity. Hope it picks up Monday when mother moves and u dispose it fast. Next time give a shout to all the forrumers here before jumping into these high risk call warrants. Stay invested in fundamental stocks as sifu mike has guided u on HUPSENG, should close around RM 9.00 hopefully by 1 April, before ex on 2nd. I will post AEON financials here soon. It is a strong fundamental counter. Terribly busy

PSD57: After Ex-date let say I hold 1.2k share (cost price @6.59)...after ex-date the price average down to 1.20/1.30...in that case I hold 8k shares...if I sell before ex-date @9.00 I will get the profit around RM2890...if I sell after ex-date @1.30 I will get the profit around RM2490.....which one is better: hold or sell before ex-date!....(not include 1.1% charges in my calculation)

meena; That depends on u entirely.
Option 1: The one-off capital gain on 1.2k shares of RM 2,890 stops there, assuming u sell before ex at RM 9.00.
Option 2: The one-off capital gain on 8.0k shares of RM 2,490 at est ex-price @RM1.30/share gives u a lower ROI here compared to Option 1.
Option 3: Hold on to ur investment after ex and see ur ROI growing exponentially with the company's strong fundamental growth over the years. U decide then. R u just a punter or an Investor.
