2) wave C = 6.91 + 1.49 * 0.786 = 8.08 (hit 8.03 on 5 feb)

yesterday, crude oil dropped to its lowest level since May, 2003 because of significant increases in OPEC production last month, but oil prices rebounded after UAE's energy minister said OPEC members prepared to cooperate on potential production cuts.
